Many of us are used to a one-size-fits-all approach to medicine and diet. 

We might see someone with a headache and right away assume they need an Asprin or an Advil because those pills are both “Good” for headaches. Is immediate pain relief always good for the body? Or is the headache a gateway to greater insights? Should all heavy people try to become thin and vice versa? Or are some people naturally healthier when they are in alignment with a specific constructional type? 

We make many assumptions without looking at underlying energetic patterns which can lead us much closer to the core properties of a potential illness and the body that is hosting it.
