Celebration Garden 1650 South Birch St  Denver, CO

Cocktail Hour 6 pm - 7 pm. Dinner Service  7 pm - 9 pm

FrontLine Farming's annual Farm-to-Table Dinner and Fundraiser will celebrate and support our local efforts toward liberation through food and foodways while also connecting to liberation struggles in the Arabian peninsula. This year, our gathering will also serve as Our Love Letter to Palestine and Yemen and will provide our community with a chance to fortify and activate our solidarity with our Palestinian kin.

We invite you to our warm and inviting Celebration Community Farm where you will enjoy a five-course meal showcasing Arabian cuisine and local craft beer and wine pairings selected by sommelier Maia Parish. Renowned chefs will utilize fresh produce from FrontLine's own farms and other local products including grass-fed lamb from Jacob Springs Farms. Experience live music, entertainment, and a silent auction to support our local food justice work. Tickets are priced at $150 per person, with tables accommodating 8 guests.

Featured Chefs & Culinary Connections

Our farms will provide the featured produce sourced for our chefs' original culinary creations, from crisp cucumbers and succulent squash to hearty tomatoes and fragrant herbs. Our main course will be grass-fed lamb provided by Jacob Springs Farms, owned by Andre Houssney, a Lebanese-American.

The featured guest chefs include Jared Kendall, Alexis Rodriguez, Yasser Kassir, and Fleur Alvarez. These chefs are committed to the FrontLine Farming’s vision of providing organic, local produce to all our communities and promoting sustainable farming that benefits our communities and farmers. Entertainment & Silent Auction

Our event will also showcase inspiring words and captivating entertainment from our talented youth, esteemed founders, and dedicated community members. During the Happy Hour and between courses, you’ll wander the garden space and browse the local offerings in our silent auction. Make sure to stay until the end of the night when we’ll announce the auction winners and more ways to support our work!

Proceeds from the Farm to Table dinner and Silent Auction help support our farms and programming.

Healing Foods Program

More than a quarter of the produce grown on all our farms is donated to social service organizations through our Healing Foods Program. Some of the organizations we work with include Community Table - Arvada, Denver Food Rescue, Kaizen Food Share, Metro Caring, and Family Tree. Through this program, we reserve over 25-30% of our CSA shares as free or low-cost options for SNAP and WIC customers, including delivery options.

Farm Education Program

Monthly class series are offered at our various sites with a sliding scale payment option. No one is turned away for payment concerns. From adult learning to children's programming, classes follow relevant gardening topics with the seasons. Ranging from beekeeping to backyard chickens to cover crops for your neighborhood garden, our educational series supports local farming interests and sustainability.

Sisters in Liberation: PALESTINE HEIRLOOM SEED LIBRARY

We know in our bones that our liberation is connected to that of others’ who do this work around the globe. This year, a portion of the proceeds raised at the farm-to-table dinner will be donated to the Palestine Heirloom Seed Library. “Like most farmers around the world, Palestinian farmers are facing the dangers of agribusiness, corporate seed, land dominance along with political violence. But many of these farmers are the heroes who have been safeguarding these precious seeds and the knowledge these seeds carry. Founded by Vivien Sansour, the PHSL and its Traveling Kitchen project seek to preserve and promote heritage and threatened seed varieties, traditional Palestinian farming practices, and the cultural stories and identities associated with them.” Read More >>
