Letter Regarding Lease Termination at Majestic
We are writing to inform you that we have recently been notified by the City of Arvada that our lease for the farm site at the Majestic View Nature Center has been terminated. This lease was first signed in 2019 and in 2024 we re-signed for another 5 years with a 5 year renewal option.
