Bilingual SNAP Outreach Coordinator
Type: Spanish/English Bilingual, Part time, Non exempt, Hourly

Role: This position will assist FLF with increasing food access through Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, aka Food Stamps) outreach, education and applications. This position will assist Spanish speakers with SNAP applications for FLF. This position will provide case management services related to food insecurity and basic needs in order to discuss SNAP benefits with students, including assistance with SNAP applications and follow up calls. This position will also need to work independently to identify opportunities to contact SNAP-eligible individuals. Training will be provided.

Food Distribution Driver
Type: Part Time, Non Exempt
Hours: 5-20 hours/week
Rate: $20 - $22/hr, depending on experience and skills

Role: This position is responsible for weekly deliveries to our partners at Project Protect Food Systems in all regions of Colorado. Communication of the weekly schedule will be coordinated through the Promotora Network Manager and FLF Healing Foods Manager. This work requires communicating with the Business Operations Manager about the needs of the delivery truck and spending on company card including collecting all receipts. Must be aligned with the mission of FrontLine Farming and confidently communicate about programs, services, goals and values. Seasonal Farm Manager
Type: Exempt, Full Time, 10 month Seasonal Salaried Position
Hours: 50 hours a week 5-6 days per week, alternating
Rate: Compensation with benefits package totalling $49,882 with a salary at $45,000. Additional benefits in the form of paid professional development, some meals plus vegetables and groceries. For the right candidate we are offering a relocation stipend of up to $3,500. Benefits package includes 10 months of fully paid health and dental insurance.

Role: Under the general direction of the Farm Director and CSA Manager, this position works in all aspects of sustainable food production. In coordination with other Farm Managers, this position will supervise one of our three farm sites including crop plans and implementation, on-site team management, crop health and pest management, volunteer and programmatic schedules, food harvesting and packing, compost production and purchasing for their site. Additionally, supporting other site managers through team work as needed. This position is empowered to ensure the sites function at peak production and works in companionship and collaboration with farmers and our other sites. This successful candidate will advance the mission of FrontLine Farming and will communicate confidently and effectively about programs, services, goals and values and confidently communicate about programs, services, goals and values. Other Consdierations: This job is advertised as a 10 month position but the ideal candidates are committed to multiple years of work with FLF, interested in growing their knowledge and our farms. A multiple year commitment comes with annual 6 weeks of paid vacation time in the winter months, coordinated with other team members. The benefits package will increase from 10 months to 12 months with the total compensation worth $50,858.40. Salary increases will be considered with yearly reviews.
