Cultivators Program: Empowering Black Youth through Agriculture and Culture
The Cultivators Program, a summer endeavor specifically designed for Black youth, integrates agriculture with cultural and community leadership development. The program, in sync with the Denver Public Schools' summer break, offers participants a comprehensive experience at Sister Gardens, focusing on African foodways and sustainable agriculture. Our holistic approach ensures participants not only gain farming skills but also deepen their cultural understanding and community connections.
Summer break: June to August

Youth Programs Calendar
During the summer, we host free youth classes for students ages 3 to 17.
Snacks and laughs provided, all are welcome. Classes held at Celebration Community Farm (1650 S. Birch St Denver CO 80222).
