2025 CSA Stand Staff
Type: Non-Exempt, Part Time, Seasonal Hourly Position
Hours: Evening and Weekend Availability during farm season, 16-20 hours per week late June-October
Rate: $21/hour. Plus paid sick, vegetables and groceries
Start Date: June 23, 2025
Apply By: June 1, 2025
Role: This position carries out transportation, set-up/breakdown, in-person customer
service, sales and cash handling, and record keeping for CSA pick-up sites.
Schedule:
Saturday 8 AM - 2 PM @ Majestic View Farm: 7000 Garrison St. Arvada CO 80004
Mondays and Wednesdays arrive at Majestic View Farm at designated times to gather
materials and CSAs, load into farm truck and drive to address below:
Mondays 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Sister Gardens: 2861 W 52nd Ave, Denver, CO 80221
Wednesdays 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM@ Celebration Garden 1650 S Birch St, Denver, CO 80222
Occasional one-off and pop-up markets as requested. (Maximum 1x a month communicated
with 2 weeks notice)
Other Consdierations: Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
● Accurate and quick basic mental math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, discount
calculation)
● Highly developed communication skills.
● Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Must be over 25 for insurance
● Availability July-October with little to no changes to schedule
● Some experience in service, teaching, and/or sales/marketing positions
Physical Requirements:
● Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently.
● Able to tolerate extreme temperatures while maintaining a good attitude.
● Able to stand for long periods of time.
● Able to bend, kneel, slide, shuffle, push, and pull safely with 50 lbs of product.
● Available to work on the weekend (Saturday) and evenings during the week.
