Celebration Community Farm
Celebration Community Urban Gardens se ha transformado de un solar de 15.000 pies cuadrados invadido de maleza a un paraíso de alimentos en el vecindario Virginia Village de Denver. Celebration Garden se esfuerza por unir a la gente a través de la comida fomentando las conexiones interculturales, la programación para niños y jóvenes, abundantes productos nutritivos y un huerto accesible. Todos los cultivos de este lugar se realizan en bancales elevados, lo que facilita el tránsito y el trabajo en conjunto de más personas. Durante la temporada del 2018 los Huertos de Celebración produjeron más de 3.200 lbs. que se vendieron a más de 400 clientes y fueron anfitriones de cuatro Potlucks del Patrimonio Mundial en los que participaron más de 120 personas.
