Herbal Knowledge: Hawthorn, and the Frequency of Coherence | El espino y la frecuencia de la coherencia

There is no “alone” to an herbalist. Folks rendered whole by earth-based cosmologies have learned that our more than human kin can be our people too. As we heal from hundreds of years of empire,  we reshape the rigid boundaries of relationality and learn to take our place in the ecosystem of belovedness. 

With Hawthorn as our emissary, we can learn to move from the frequency of me to the frequency of we. In this ritual based workshop we will learn how to make use of Hawthorn to build group coherence while exploring the inner workings of the heart itself. Participants will use their hands to make a Hawthorn remedy and use their hearts to drop into the frequency of coherence. This workspace is held by Asia Dorsey a traditionally apprenticed bioregional rootworker and writer @bonesbugsandbotany.

No hay "solo" para un herbolario. Las personas que se han vuelto completas gracias a las cosmologías asadas en la tierra han aprendido que nuestros parientes más que humanos también pueden ser nuestra gente. A medida que nos recuperamos de cientos de años de imperio, remodelamos los rígidos límites de la relacionalidad y aprendemos a tomar nuestro lugar en el ecosistema de la amabilidad .
