Walk away with practical and hands on knowledge in the making of various herbal mixes. Tea Making Interested in making your own tea blends? Wonder why herbal teas important to your health and well-being? In this class we review a variety of different herbs used to treat different ailments as well as provide needed nutrients to your daily routine. We will discuss the healing nature of tea and why you might use tea as opposed to a different herbal application to support your health. You also get to take home with you your very own tea blend. Come and enjoy! Infusions! Oils and Honegars Did you know that you can extract different parts of herbs to use in different ways to heal your body? In this class we will discuss a variety of different herbs that can help support your complex body systems (digestive, immune, endocrine, etc.) and why you might want to extract the herbal constituents using different menstrums. You also get to create either an infused oil or a honegar. Not sure what a honegar or a menstrum is? Come to the class and find out!
