 Seed Saving Knowledge 

Come talk seeds with Fatuma Emmad, Head Farmer of Frontline Farming  and Kenya, Frontline Farming Seed Saving Apprentice.

We will be discussing basic plant botany, techniques for seed saving. and some applied seed saving. 

Together we are exploring the reproductive systems of plants and the science of seeds while propelling our sovereignty as a community. Tapping into the sacred knowledge of seeds and the maternal energies of the plants as we work, we are paying homage to the ancestors before us whose stories are passed down and carried within seeds.
