Center for Food Justice and Healthy Communities

Vision: An education in homecoming

We endeavor to understand the deep integration between food systems and human and ecological flourishing. The Center houses the Community Food Systems minor program in collaboration with Regis University, foodways research, seed saving/seed library work and supports food justice education facilitated by faculty at Naropa University and University of Colorado, Denver by developing innovative experiential learning opportunities at FrontLine farm sites and partners sites in Denver.
